The RainbowTribe: A New Beginning

The RainbowTribe exists to provide a broad-based spiritual resource for the queer community.

In the past year, we've let our website go to seed while considering in which direction we should take the 'Tribe and its offerings.  After much consideration, we've decided that our mission of offering queer-friendly resources from the world's many spiritual traditions is a good one -- but that we can improve our approach to that mission by offering our members and guests 1) the ability to upload their own articles about things queer and spiritual and 2) the ability to connect with each-other through an interactive database that allows them to upload contact information, events, and so forth.

In that light, you can expect to see an all-new version of the RainbowTribe website up and running by mid-2007.  We also aim to make ourselves more widely accessible through submission to search engines and, eventually, targeted advertising on other queer websites.

 Our goal for the coming year is to turn the RainbowTribe into a real, accessible resource for spiritual queers anywhere and everywhere.  Who knows -- we may even manage to put together a convention where we can all meet face-to-face ... or, at least, where some of us can (it would have to be a big convention center to hold all of us!) :D

We thank you for your friendship and patronage in the past, and hope that you will find us a better and brighter resource in the future.
